Job Description:
• Develop detailed monthly reports on the performance of each corporate department and engage in discussions with the respective department heads to review these results
• Generate and deliver comprehensive analytical reports on a monthly basis, outlining total and divisional performance for the review of executive leadership
• Support monthly forecasting and assist in loading corporate department financial plans into the consolidation system
• Aid in the consolidation process of global operations, supporting corporate financial reporting
• Carry out the upkeep and monthly closure of the company-wide general ledger, including a review of transactional entries and posting manual journal entries as required
• Oversee the internal billing between corporate and its divisions, including a comprehensive review of intercompany balances to verify their accuracy
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 1+ years of large public accounting experience
• Must be able to work in office in the Greater STL area.
Preferred:
• CPA or other advanced designation
• Big 4 audit experience
