Job Title: Financial / Business Analyst

Duration: 6 Months
Hybrid: Remote/244 Chestnut St., Salem, NJ
Generally, 2-3 days per week in the office.

MON-FRI (7am – 4pm)
Pay rate Range : $42 - $50

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial / Business Analyst. This role requires a strong understanding of financial analysis and the ability to work with complex data sets to provide actionable insights. The position is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in the office.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to extract information from various sources and systems, integrate/summarize into reports using Excel and/or Access, validate, and analyze results.
• Strong ability to manipulate data, data mine, and translate complex financial data into decision inputs for business recommendations.
• Ability to design integrative reports using advanced Excel functions and/or other data query-driven tools.
• Proficiency in financial systems and PC applications (MS Office Suite, e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Technical financial and managerial accounting skills.
• Experience in shared service organizations.
• Demonstrated understanding of SAP FI/CO. CPA, CMA, MBA, or other advanced degree.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial analysis of SAP cost data; extracting, cleaning, and preparing cost data from SAP for analysis by others.
• Completing related duties for the monthly close and supporting financial budget/LRP planning.
• Develop, build, and maintain dynamic financial models for financial budgeting and reporting.
