Our client, a growth-stage tech company, is hiring a hybrid Financial Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain models for revenue, headcount, and operating expenses
- Partner with department leads on monthly forecasts and budget vs. actual
- Prepare monthly board and investor reporting materials
- Improve financial systems and reporting processes
- Support ad-hoc analyses for the leadership team
Requirements
- 3+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or comparable role
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Experience with a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder skills
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
