Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support both operational finance and payroll functions within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is ideal for candidates who bring strong traditional finance and analytical experience, while also being comfortable managing payroll-related responsibilities as part of a broader finance function.
This opportunity offers a balanced mix of financial analysis, reporting, operational support, and payroll administration. Approximately 50% of the role will focus on payroll processing and reconciliation activities, while the remaining responsibilities will center around financial reporting, analysis, operational finance support, and cross-functional business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will come from a broader finance or accounting background — not strictly payroll — and will be comfortable operating in a high-volume corporate environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or large enterprise organizations is highly preferred.
