ANTICIPATED START: July 2026

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 3 Option Years

LOCATION: Remote

Part-Time: 0.50 FTE

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: This position does not require a security clearance; however, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to assess programmatic risks, ensure compliance with DoD governance frameworks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Personnel must be proficient in risk assessment methodologies, compliance audits, and regulatory requirements, including DoD RMF, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills are essential.

Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):

  • A Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Information Security, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in risk and compliance analysis.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in in conducting risk assessments, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring adherence to federal security and compliance mandates.
  • Experience with DoD cybersecurity policies, security control implementation, and program governance audits.

Desired but not Required Certifications:

  • Lean Six, PMP, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP.
