JOB SUMMARY

The *** Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is searching for a contingent worker with proven knowledge and experience building Power BI dashboards and utilizing AI to identify and build tools/workflows for the team to use. The candidate will work independently on these tools but will keep the FP&A team informed of progress. Also, the candidate will perform testing and make modifications as needed based on feedback from the FP&A team. As the tools are developed and completed, the candidate will provide documentation and training to the FP&A team so they can maintain the solutions.

JOB DUTIES

• 
  
• Implement Power BI dashboards for the FP&A team to analyze and report data from Workday ERP and Workday Adaptive Planning tools
• 
  
• Identify and implement AI improvements to the FP&A team s reporting, analysis, forecasting, and other processes
• 
  
• Document procedures taken to build and maintain the dashboard and tools implemented
• 
  
• Train the FP&A team on how to use and maintain the tools implemented
• 
  

EDUCATION

• 
  
• Bachelor's Degree: Data Analysis, Accounting, or Finance or related discipline (Required)
• 
  
• or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required
• 
  

EXPERIENCE

• 
  
• Requires minimum 5 years of job related work experience in excess of degree requirements
• 
  

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

• 
  
• Power BI Dashboard Set Up, Reporting, and Maintenance, using Best Practices
• 
  
• AI Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
• 
  

PREFERRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

• Workday ERP
• 
  
• Workday Adaptive Planning
• 
  

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

• 
  
• Accounting knowledge regarding general ledger, revenues, expenses, amortizations, accruals, payroll, etc.
• 
  
• Procurement knowledge related to purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, etc.
• 
  
• Financial budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• 
  
• Strong written and verbal communication and training skills
• 
  

WORK LOCATION
