Job Summary
Provide planning, data entry tracking and reporting of installation contract awards, and modifications to government leads i.e. On site Installation Coordinators (OSICs), Alteration Installation Team Managers (AITMs) and Platform Execution Managers (PEMs). Provide data entry into SPIDER/MODTracker of cost estimates, SITREPs, POAM updates, and deliverable uploads. Pull reports from SPIDER/MODTracker for various data calls and status updates. Attend weekly/monthly production and project level meetings to capture action items, provide updates and respond to funding issues. Ensure timely reporting to OSICs, AITMs PEMs and IPT leads with weekly project report
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include in depth preparation and maintenance of Performance Work Statements (PWS) for various shipboard installations specifically Command, Control Communications Computers Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance installations and the associated support services during pre-award and post award. Report and detail status of awards modifications questions and clarification of information among Project Planning Team members. Task Order and Contract modifications to contracts to include any schedule or availability adjustments or increase or decreases to scope of work or performance timelines. Knowledge and use of tracker -Installation Management Office (IMO) tracking database. Exceptional communication skills and administrative support for AITMs, PEMs and OSICs.
Qualifications and Skills
Required knowledge and years of experience
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of data base entry experience. Competent with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be familiar with MS Office experience including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must be able to take direction and work independently.
Education Requirements
HS Diploma, BS preferred
