    About the role

    This position is a role for financial and operational reporting and analysis supporting the North American Sales Teams - including the development and reporting of KPIs, financial and operational performance metrics, review of customer-level financial performance, analysis of forecasting, and special projects. Responsible for quantitative and data analysis to make strategic and tactical recommendations that maximize company profitability. On an as-needed basis will provide analytical support to business unit and country unit leadership at all levels and across the organization.

    What youll be doing

    • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
    • Ensure daily data capture allows for metrics analysis and operations coordination.
    • Create reporting on Key Performance Indicators by utilizing financial and operations data
    • Prepare quarterly and monthly reporting using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for presentation to be used by executive leadership
    • Prepare weekly and daily reports to support the business throughout the month to proactively identify problems or situations that need attention,
    • Work with existing software and programs to capture, validate, contextualize, and share findings
    • Contribute forecasting process and forecast inputs with the team utilizing existing tools.
    • Work on special projects outside of standard analysis as assigned by manager

    What you have

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent in experience.
    • 2-3 years of finance or accounting experience, CPA/CMA/CFA is a plus but not required.
    • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
    • Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
    • Very detailed-oriented and resourceful.
    • Strong written and verbal communication. Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Can present results in meaningful terms.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
    • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and personal discernment.
    • Maintain 100% level of confidentiality.
