Financial Analyst | $65,000 - $85,000 | Mishawaka, IN
An expanding organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business decision-making efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial and operational performance
- Prepare management reports and dashboards
- Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting
- Identify trends and recommend improvements
- Support strategic planning initiatives
- Develop financial models and reporting tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Strong analytical abilities
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- ERP experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
