Starting pay: $71-78k annualized, based on experience.

Business Hours: Monday & Tuesday 9am – 4:30pm, Wednesday 8am to 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm. Actual shift may vary based on branch opening/closing/balancing needs.

* Training for this position will be at our Latham office.

• Build meaningful relationships and connect members with solutions that support their financial goals.
• Coach and support staff, addressing performance or disciplinary concerns promptly through counseling, clear direction, written warnings, and appropriate corrective action.
• Develop business relationships by meeting business owners at convenient locations and participating in Chamber and local networking events.
• Ensure staff can confidently support commercial members and business deposit accounts with exceptional service.
• Research and resolve complex member account questions, concerns, and complaints by correspondence, phone, or in person.
• Oversee secure, efficient, and compliant daily operations, including procedure reviews, cash-drawer audits, and ATM, ITM, and TCR balancing and maintenance.
• Keep staff informed of policy and procedure changes, answer technical and operational questions, and recommend solutions to the AVP of Financial Centers.
• Maintain employee safety and security and oversee the Financial Center’s property and equipment.

 We’re looking for a supportive leader with a minimum of two years of financial institution experience, including sales success and supervisory experience. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a strong communicator and relationship builder who enjoys solving problems, balancing priorities, and are comfortable adapting to new systems. You’ll follow credit union policies and regulatory requirements while obtaining and maintaining NMLS registration.
