Working in our Investor Center you will engage face-to-face with your clients providing mentorship and personalized planning while helping expand the reach of the firms brand. The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Proven success in building relationships uncovering needs and recommending solutions

FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire

Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility

Degree or equivalent experience andor other professional certifications are helpful if you do not already have a CFP or degree our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you acquire one

Ability to thoughtfully introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring together additional client assets while engaging in positive client-centered discussions

Coachable collaborative and curious are key attributes

Fidelitys Onsite Working Model

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently some roles and locations require 100 onsite presence while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
