Pay Range: $50.00-$55.00/hr on W2
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 7+ years progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial/Business Analytics, or Management Reporting.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.
- Experience building/improving financial reports, KPI dashboards, or BI solutions.
- Advanced Excel and experience with large/complex datasets.
- Experience partnering with Analytics/Data/BI/IT teams.
- Strong project management, stakeholder communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment.
Preferred
- Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or similar financial/analytics platforms.
- Commercial, MedTech, healthcare, manufacturing, or global/matrixed environment.
- Experience with dashboard automation, data requirements, KPI/metric governance, reporting controls, and FP&A process optimization.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
