Financial Controller

A growing company operating across manufacturing, distribution, and online sales channels is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, cash flow, and overall accounting functions while providing financial insight to support business growth.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to lead an accounting team, improve financial processes, and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions

• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations

• Manage and mentor accounting staff

• Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• 4–5+ years of Controller experience required

• Strong experience in manufacturing, distribution, and e-commerce required

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

• CPA or advanced accounting credentials preferred
