Key Responsibilities for the Financial Controller:

• Direct monthly close and deliver accurate, consolidated financial statements
• Oversee general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Lead annual audit and manage external audit relationships
• Supervise and develop accounting staff and offshore resources
• Drive process improvement, automation, and system enhancements

Qualifications for the Financial Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and audits
• CPA or public accounting experience preferred
