Ensure accurate, timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Review reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate external audits.Accounting Operations & Controls (30%)Manage core accounting functions (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets). Maintain strong internal controls, ensure policy compliance, and mitigate financial risk while improving processes and systems.Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis (30%)Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Monitor performance against plan, analyze variances, and provide insights to support leadership decision-making.Leadership & Team Development (10%)Lead and develop the accounting team through coaching, training, and performance management.
