This position will be based in Roebuck SC and will report to the Plant Controller. Youll make an impact by Own the product line P&L driving profitability and disciplined cost control. Lead financial planning and analysis budgeting forecasting and strategic planning to support business objectives. Prepare and present financial reports including variance analysis and key performance indicators. Support accurate costing BOM and routing time analysis and inventory processes to ensure precise cost allocation and reporting. Ensure compliance and strong internal controls and provide financial insights to guide investmentCAPEX decisions and continuous improvement. Youll win us over by having the following qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance Industrial Engineering or a related field. 2 years of finance or controlling experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of financial principles P&L management forecasting and manufacturing costing. Experience with inventory processes and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
