Key Responsibilities for the Financial Controller:

• Oversee A/R, A/P, payroll, and cash management functions
• Lead month-end and year-end close and financial statement preparation
• Manage audit process and coordinate with external auditors and agencies
• Supervise and develop accounting staff across departments
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Qualifications for the Financial Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• CPA or public accounting experience preferred
