About This Role
We are looking for a Financial Coordinator FP&A, onsite two days a week in the Plano area.
This is a 9 month project (with possible extensions up tp 4 years) plus benefits
What You Will Work On
- Maintain and update detailed forecasts
- Budget Planning-gathering information from Business and working with various stakeholders
- Cost Center Review meetings with leadership to review portfolio of financials (will want this person to take the lead on this, monthly is official cadence however, there may be follow up meetings throughout the cycle with updates and key information discussed/info gathered)
- Monthly Financial reporting, Risk and Opportunity Analysis
- Monthly tracker and variance analysis
- Month end reclass entries
- Monthly tracker
- Month end accrual entries
- Support monthly AWS/CLOUD entry and process
- Experience building monthly processes and cleaning up unreconciled differences. This role works with a large amount of GL and Ariba data and will need to have strong Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Required to work with large amounts of data, pulling from multiple sources and cost centers and putting in Excel. Will require Advanced skills in Excel, creating and working in formulas, doesn't require Macros. Pivots, Lookups, Formulas etc.-this person will be taking an Excel test and will need to be very comfortable building financial models, manipulating data, using formulas and be advanced.
- They pull data/financial from SAP to APPTIO then to Excel, so manipulating large amounts of data and experience with that will be critical to success. This person will be researching to be sure it is all accurate before submitting to management. (APPTIO not required, large ERP experience required, SAP not required but preferred. They can teach them what to do with SAP.)
- Assisting the division with Ariba Procurement system functions and tasks:
- Goods Receipts
- Purchase Requisitions
- Purchase Orders (issuance, review and update)
- Weekly PO reporting
- Ad hoc analysis
- Project related updates (project code creation, status tracking, spending tracking)
- Intercompany billing
What You Will Bring
Batchelor's Degree
5-10 years experience with forecasts, finance planning and analysis, and budgets
Strong Excel skills
