Primary Location: Plano, Texas
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Financial Coordinator for our premier client in Plano, Texas.
Education and Experience »- Proven experience with budgeting and forecasting business unit SG&A expenses (candidates focused solely on AP, AR, or headcount-related expenses are not preferred).
- Experience with variance analysis and reforecasting based on actual spend.
- Advanced Excel skills, including creating and interpreting formulas and pivot tables.
- Ability to analyze large datasets.
- Experience preparing accrual and reclass journal entries, with a clear understanding of their purpose.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Other: Individuals with Operational level experience, as well as experience with accrual and reclass entries (hands-on) are needed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:- The role is both FP&A and Accounting focused (about 80% FP&A, but accounting principles knowledge is required).
- Responsibilities are centered on tracking actuals vs budget, supporting forecasting and modeling, and leading routine financial reviews for your assigned portfolio.
