Financial Counselor - Join Our Team!

Covina, CA | $21-$23/hr | Mon-Fri, 8:00-4:30 | Temp-to-Hire

Are you compassionate and enjoy helping others? We're seeking a Financial Counselor to work directly with patients, guiding them through financial assistance options and providing support every step of the way.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with patients face-to-face to discuss financial options
  • Assist with Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and other programs
  • Help ensure patients receive the support they need while maximizing reimbursement

What You Need

  • Experience with Medi-Cal & Medicaid (required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable in a patient-facing role
