Position Summary:

Financial Counselor – Orlando Health Lakeland

The Financial Counselor assists patients and their families with a host of financial services to ensure that the payment process is clearly explained, easy to understand, and as comfortable as possible. In this role, you will help patients navigate financial responsibilities related to their care while providing compassionate, professional service throughout their healthcare experience.

Schedule

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Work Schedule:

• Thursday through Saturday

• Three 12-hour shifts per week

• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Consistent and predictable overnight scheduling
