Experience in a credit union, bank, CDFI, community development organization, housing organization, or mission-driven financial institution.
Experience working in new-market development, neighborhood revitalization, financial capability, affordable housing, homeownership, small business support, or other community impact initiatives.

Skills & Knowledge:
Required
Strong relationship-building and community engagement skills with the ability to earn trust, represent Credit Human professionally, and work effectively with diverse community partners.
Strategic planning and execution skills, including the ability to translate community needs and market priorities into practical outreach, partnership, and program plans.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills for communicating with community partners, members, internal teams, and leaders.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional work, influence without direct authority, manage competing priorities, and follow through on commitments.
Analytical skills to use market data, community insight, outreach results, and member feedback to evaluate opportunities and measure impact.
Working knowledge of financial health concepts, credit union or financial services products, community development practices, and barriers that affect financial well-being.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to learn internal systems used for reporting, relationship tracking, communications, and performance measurement.
Must be able to travel throughout the New Orleans market to support community events, partnership meetings, and outreach activities. Occasional evening and weekend participation may be required. Approximately 50% travel within the greater New Orleans region.
Preferred
Spanish-language proficiency or experience working in multilingual communities a plus, depending on market needs.
Experience with CRM, community impact tracking, business intelligence, survey, or reporting tools.
Knowledge of affordable housing, homeownership, small business development, workforce development, or other local financial health drivers.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within the assigned market to
attend community meetings, partner events, and Credit Human activities.
Compensation Details:
Paygrade: 3CA
The expected pay range for this position is $157,951 - $170,288 annually.

Job Location: This position is on-site based in New Orleans, LA.
Credit Human conducts employment background checks that may be used for decisions related to employment. Standard checks include NCUA Administrative and Prohibited Orders, ChexSystems, employment verification, criminal history (convictions and outstanding warrants within the past seven years), and degree verification (if applicable). Additional checks may include motor vehicle records, credit checks, or fingerprinting depending on the role.
