Conduct financial and strategic analysis across banks, insurers, asset managers, specialty finance, and fintech companies
Build and maintain financial models (valuation, capital adequacy, merger scenarios, return analysis)
Support M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and balance sheet optimization initiatives within the financial institutions sector
Analyze regulatory frameworks, capital requirements, and industry trends affecting financial institutions
Develop pitch materials, strategic presentations, and client-facing deliverables
Perform peer benchmarking, profitability analysis, and business model assessments
Assist in transaction execution, due diligence coordination, and data analysis
Collaborate with senior bankers and sector specialists on client strategy and growth initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
