- Customer Relations, e.g., Manages the strategies, processes, and interactions a company uses to build long-term, positive relationships with its’ clients, aiming to foster loyalty, satisfaction and trust.
- Sales, e.g., Identifying potential customers and guiding them through a journey to exchange value (products or services) for revenue. It involves building relationships, solving client problems, and managing transactions to meet customer needs while directly impacting company revenue.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
- Learning how to build an agency utilizing our platform.
