Client Relationship Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients
Understand client financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions
Deliver a high-touch, consultative client experience
Sales Execution
Drive new business development through proactive outreach and relationship-building
Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
Investment Product Positioning
Present and articulate investment strategies aligned to client objectives
Partner with internal teams to deliver customized financial solutions

Client Retention & Growth

Strong experience working with affluent or high-net-worth individuals
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of financial sales experience with consistent performance achievement
Experience within a leading financial services or asset management organization
MBA or advanced degree
Established ability to build trust and credibility with sophisticated client bases
Relationship-driven sales approach
Strong communication and presentation skills
