About the Position: Financial Literacy Advocate

We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Financial Literacy Advocate on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for empowering clients with essential financial knowledge and skills. You will manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, delivering customized financial plans and fostering long-term client relations. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and account growth
  • Offer professional and supportive interactions with clients and associates
  • Educate clients about financial concepts like business investment, insurance protection, and estate planning
  • Design tailored financial plans, assisting clients with budgeting, debt reduction, and retirement planning
  • Enhance account value via upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • No cold calling or door knocking required.


Required Qualifications

  • Aged 18 or older and a U.S. resident
  • Successful background check completion
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and customer relationship management
  • Life Producer license (or willingness to obtain within first 2 weeks)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and basic reporting


Preferred Experience

  • Background in customer service, leadership, or management
  • Experience in education, coaching, military, or as an elite athlete
  • Entrepreneurially-minded with self-motivation and a passion for helping others
  • Skills in negotiation or technical troubleshooting are a plus
