About the Position: Financial Literacy Advocate
We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Financial Literacy Advocate on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for empowering clients with essential financial knowledge and skills. You will manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, delivering customized financial plans and fostering long-term client relations. Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and account growth
Offer professional and supportive interactions with clients and associates
Educate clients about financial concepts like business investment, insurance protection, and estate planning
Design tailored financial plans, assisting clients with budgeting, debt reduction, and retirement planning
Enhance account value via upselling and cross-selling opportunities
No cold calling or door knocking required.
Required Qualifications
Aged 18 or older and a U.S. resident
Successful background check completion
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and customer relationship management
Life Producer license (or willingness to obtain within first 2 weeks)
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and basic reporting
Preferred Experience
Background in customer service, leadership, or management
Experience in education, coaching, military, or as an elite athlete
Entrepreneurially-minded with self-motivation and a passion for helping others
Skills in negotiation or technical troubleshooting are a plus
