Standard Job Description

Operations Analysts play a critical role in tracking and reporting project performance to budget for material and supply chain functions. In alignment with the financial business rhythm, update material status, revise estimates to complete (ETC) and conduct detailed variance analyses based on earned value metrics. Collaborate closely with Program Finance to baseline department project hours and material within project period of performance. Integrates information from multiple systems, processes and functions to consolidate data into recommendations. Partners with Control Account Managers (CAMs), Product Leads, and functional leadership to review and finalize ETCs, assess relevant project changes, and validate variance analysis. Updates basis of estimate information for changes proposals and contractor change requests.

Basic Qualifications

ERP experience with material and supply chain processes in manufacturing/integration environment

Strong Excel experience (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs)

Ability to work in a deadline driven, dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Strong analytical skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to be on site four days a week

Desired Skills

Experience with SAP supply chain processes

Familiar with Earned Value

Ability to interpret and communicate project data to support decision making

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $53900.00 - $100100.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
