Standard Job Description

You will be the Financial Management for the Financial Management team. Our team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and compliance.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management you will be responsible for performing multiple financial activities across finance functions, establishing performance‑management budgeting and forecasting, integrating data from various systems, and delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and risk‑opportunity assessments.
• Consolidate financial results (orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, overhead, discretionary funding) for monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reporting.
• Develop forward‑looking data analytics, visualizations, and trend analyses to inform strategy.
• Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies, procedures, and controls.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited college.

Ability to obtain a Security Clearance

Desired Skills

Interest in production environments.

Knowledge of general production and quality processes.

Exposure to cost management and estimating in a production environment.

Industrial Engineering exposure.

Excellent PC and communication skills.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00
