What You Will Be Doing

You will be the Financial Management Analyst for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Program Finance team at Financial Management- Level 2. In this role you will support a multitude of program finance functions, providing essential financial oversight and analysis to ensure the success of ADP initiatives.

Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.

Who You Are

You are a detail‑oriented financial professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of cost accounting, earned value management, and performance measurement in a program‑centric environment. You can translate complex cost data into clear, actionable insights and are comfortable preparing and presenting financial reports to both internal teams and external contract officials. Your proactive approach to cost control, allocation, and reporting enables you to effectively support the ADP Program Finance team and contribute to the overall financial health and success of the programs.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or 4 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors degree
• Experience in any of the following: Financial analysis, pricing and estimating, expense tracking, program scheduling, Supply chain management and interpreting policy, and/or purchasing/procurement.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP).
• Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
• Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
• Familiarity with cost/reporting systems similar to CostView, Deltek Cobra and Cost Point.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
