You must have one year Specialized Experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private/military sector) giving the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position. Experience must be reflected in your resume.

DAWIA (Back to Basics) Certification: NON-CAP: This is an Acquisition coded position in Business - Financial Management. Incumbent must obtain mandatory Back-to-Basics (BtB) certification within 60 months of entry into position. Incumbent must acquire 80 Continuous Learning Points (CLP) every 24 months.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Selectee or incumbent must be able to obtain the appropriate certification level for their position. This is a Financial Management Level II Certified position. IAW Public Law 112-81 and DoD Policy the incumbent shall comply with the requirements of DoD FM Certification program within the allotted timeframe. Only experience and education obtained by the closing date of this announcement will be considered.
Candidates must meet the physical and suitability standards both prior to and during employment in this position.
