Take advantage of this opportunity to support a large standalone program at Lockheed Martin's legendary Skunk Works division. We are seeking a Senior Staff Finance Analyst - Cost Integration Lead to head a dedicated team of Cost Integrators within the Program Finance organization. This critical position serves as the manager's right‑hand for ensuring that all cost‑integration activities are executed accurately, on‑time, and in full alignment with program objectives.
The selected candidate will combine deep expertise in Earned Value Management, Deltek Cobra, and program‑wide financial tooling with proven leadership and mentorship skills. As the Cost Integration Lead, you will drive the end‑to‑end cost data flow-from baseline development, analyzing monthly EV performance, EAC and baseline change management-while providing hands‑on technical support to the classified user community and partnering with IT and CORE Finance to evolve our toolsets. Your leadership will enable the Finance team to deliver trustworthy cost information that underpins critical decisions across the program.

Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00
