You will be a Lead Business Analyst for the F16 Production portfolio. Our team is responsible for all aspects of Finance and Business operations to include proposal development and negotiations, program execution activities, profitability analysis, OSEC (Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash) commitments, and internal/external program reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business analysts, providing financial oversight, ensuring portfolio contracts have sound cost and financial baselines, and providing financial oversight for all portfolio proposal efforts.

This position will also be the lead business analyst for Greenville Production activities. This role will focus both on partnering with the Production Operations, Industrial Engineering, Control Account Management and Program Finance functions and working independently from them in developing/monitoring/reporting on Production metrics and financial/schedule forecasts.

The successful candidate will possess operations and business acumen and will be required to support an expansive range of activities that span capture and execution. This role includes involvement in proposal reviews, weekly production metrics reviews, monthly review of estimated cost and forecasting profitability, risk/opportunity management and Affordability projections/tracking.

The selected candidate will ensure the touch labor for production programs have a sound cost / financial baseline, will conduct financial risk assessments and ensure accurate financial forecasts. The candidate must understand implications of cost forecasts to Return on Sales (ROS)/Return on Cost (ROC) and impact to the production programs.

You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering confidently with Program Managers, FP&A, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience leading and providing oversight to a team of business analysts supporting the portfolio
• Experience ensuring portfolio contracts have sound cost and financial baselines
• Experience conducting financial risk assessments and ensuring accurate financial forecasts
• Experience ensuring proposals have sound financial positions and alignment to LRP Commitments
• Experience collaborating with Program Managers, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Experience developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the portfolio's financial performance and identifying areas for improvement
• Experience with/understanding of manufacturing/operations

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with contract and proposal processes, including various contract types (e.g., FPIF, CPIF, FFP)
• Knowledge of Earned Value (EV) applications and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)
• Experience with M/ERP systems
• Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
• Experience with program management, including program execution and control
• Experience with change management and process improvement
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
