Proficient with extensive experience in QuickBooks is manadatory. MicroSoft Excel and Servant Keeper experience desirable.
Must successfully complete background check and all applicants are subject to reference checks.
Manage and distinguished between operating, memorials investmaent and endowed accounts.
Prepares and executes payroll, federal withholding and alloting portion of salary to pension.
Prepares and presents year to date financial reports, including accounts payable, receipts compared to budget anaylsis, presents account balances and makes projections for Leadership team. Attends one Leadership team meeting a month and attends finance committee meetings bimonthly or monthly as called.
Manage lease receipts and makes payments for ongoing operating expenses.
Prepares weekly deposits
Records individual donor giving and prepares annual receipt.
