Personnel Resources is hiring a Financial Advisor for a growing and established independent wealth management and financial planning firm.  This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships, serving clients at a high level, and helping families make informed financial decisions. Unlike many advisor roles, this opportunity is focused on client service and relationship management rather than sales, prospecting, or business development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct client review meetings and ongoing service appointments
  2. Build and maintain trusted client relationships
  3. Assist clients with retirement, investment, and financial planning questions
  4. Coordinate planning recommendations and implementation needs
  5. Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience
  6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  7. Provide proactive and responsive communication to clients
Qualifications
Preferred
  1. Experience in wealth management, financial planning, banking, insurance, or a related financial services field
  2. Series 65 License
  3. Life & Health Insurance License
  4. CFP®, ChFC®, or other financial planning designation
  5. Previous client-facing advisory experience
Required

Compensation
  1. Base salary starting at $60,000+ based on experience, licensing, credentials, and qualifications
