Financial Planning Specialist

A well-established investment advisory firm in Pasadena is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Specialist to join its collaborative wealth management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a financial planning professional who enjoys developing comprehensive financial plans and supporting high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze client financial data, including assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and financial goals Develop comprehensive financial plans and recommendations Utilize eMoney and other financial planning technology Partner with Investment Counselors on retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and wealth-transfer planning Prepare polished, client-ready financial planning presentations Coordinate with outside professionals, including CPAs and estate planning attorneys

Qualifications

4-5+ years of financial planning, wealth management, or financial advisory experience CFP® designation, CFP candidate, or coursework strongly preferred Hands-on eMoney experience highly preferred

Knowledge of retirement planning, investments, tax planning, estate planning, and insurance

Must have client facing expereince

Experience within an RIA, wealth management, or investment advisory firm preferred Strong client service, analytical, and communication skills

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 annually (D0E) + potential performance-based bonus and benefits.

Pasadena, CA | fully onsite Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
