About the Role & Program:


The Disneyland Resort Operation Finance team oversees financial and business operations across the domestic Disney Experiences segment. In this role, you will gain valuable, real-world experiences while developing a deep understanding of business performance drivers. You will have the opportunity to apply analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to problem-solving initiatives. This position offers exposure to a collaborative, fast-paced environment while helping to identify opportunities to drive business results. This is a full-time position based in Anaheim, CA from August - December 20206.


What You Will Do:


Every day in this role is unique and rewarding!


On any day you might:


+ Collaborate cross-functionally to understand key business drivers and deliver data, analytics, and insights that inform decision-making

+ Generate reporting and ad-hoc data analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across multiple lines of business

+ Create and maintain data visualization dashboards (Power BI or similar tools) to deliver insights and enable internal efficiencies

+ Contribute to the development and optimization of data processes and workflows


Required Qualifications & Skills:


+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong technical capabilities across the Microsoft Office suite

+ Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis and reporting to drive insights and outcomes

+ A combination of academic proficiency, quantitative skills, and advanced written and oral communications skills

+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy

+ Proactive self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

+ An understanding of statistical modeling techniques and forecasting methodologies

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and contribute to a team-oriented environment


Preferred Qualifications:


+ Prior experience developing impactful presentation decks to communicate insights, summarize analyses, and support business recommendations

+ Prior experience with tools such as SAP, Power Query or VBA, SQL, Tableau or Power BI


Education:


+ College Junior or Senior preferred

+ Major or previous coursework in Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field


Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:


+ Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

+ Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

+ Be at least 18 years of age

+ Possess unrestricted work authorization


Additional Information:


+ Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship

+ Fully available from Monday - Friday, 40 hours each week, during traditional business hours

+ Able to provide own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship program in the Anaheim, CA area


The pay rate for this role in Anaheim, CA is $22.50 per hour.
