Title: Finance Manager
Location: Suffolk County, Long Island, NY (On-Site)
A growing and well-established company in Suffolk County, Long Island is seeking a results-driven and strategic Finance Manager to support operations with financial leadership and insight. This high-impact role will serve as a key business partner to operations, supply chain, and senior leadership, focusing on cost analysis, capital planning, and long-term operational strategy. This position is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:
Provide financial leadership to teams through analysis of cost drivers, production performance, and capital spend
Evaluate and maintain product cost structures, including materials, labor, and overhead
Develop financial models to assess operational changes, restructuring scenarios, and investment opportunities
Support long-term capital planning and evaluate return metrics for proposed projects
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational strategies with financial goals
Perform monthly variance analysis on production costs, inventory, and cost of goods sold
Lead financial support for continuous improvement initiatives and cost savings projects
Deliver financial insights to senior leadership via dashboards, reports, and business case presentations
Assist in developing and maintaining rolling forecasts and budgets
Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting tools, financial processes, and internal controls
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
CPA or MBA preferred but not required
5+ years of experience
Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities
Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams
Highly analytical with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
