Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the company’s strategic vision.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain long-term financial models to support strategic planning.

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities.
• Perform due diligence, including financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment.
• Manage deal negotiations, structuring, and integration processes.

• Support the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership.

• Assist in capital raising efforts, including equity and debt financing.
• Maintain relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and other financial institutions.
• Evaluate and recommend optimal capital structures to support business objectives.

• Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Partner with business units to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and report on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes.

• Work with the team to implement new and better Automation and Agentic processes
• Assist with data cleaning and data integration processes

Qualifications:

These roles are open to students currently enrolled in an accredited University or college program, with a preference for students in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or recent graduates. Candidates must be available to work from our Austin office for the duration of the internship.
