Our client, a well-established and highly respected organization, has an immediate need for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, this position will work closely with the CFO, playing a key role in shaping financial strategy, planning, and performance analysis across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely monthly financial insights by analyzing performance against plan and highlighting key drivers

  • Compile and support lender reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy around financial metrics and compliance measures

  • Evaluate business performance trends to surface actionable recommendations for leadership

  • Contribute to executive reporting materials and help translate financial data into clear business insights

  • Continuously refine reporting processes and tools to enhance visibility and forecasting accuracy

  • Play an active role in the annual planning cycle, including budget development and ongoing forecast updates

  • Support the build-out and maintenance of multi-year financial projections

  • Partner on financial modeling efforts tied to new investments and development opportunities

  • Assist in modernizing financial systems and supporting data migration initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting efficiency, and data integrity

  • Leverage financial systems to enhance reporting capabilities and usability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and/or accounting

  • CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
