Join a team where you can grow, contribute, and truly make an impact. **Position Overview** The Paraplanner is a core member of our team-supporting client relationships, preparing financial deliverables, coordinating follow-through, and ensuring every interaction is elevated and service-focused. This role combines detail-oriented execution with the ability to recognize big-picture opportunities, enhance client confidence, and support the growth of the practice. **Key Responsibilities** **Client Experience & Relationship Support** + Create positive, supportive interactions that leave clients feeling _understood, confident, clear, and well cared for_ . + Participate in client meetings, lead follow-up communication, and coordinate internal task delegation. + Maintain high client service standards with consistency, accuracy, and professionalism. + Identify explicit client needs as well as unanticipated opportunities to deepen client relationships. + Recognize and act on sales growth opportunities that arise organically within service interactions. + Provide exceptional service across all communication channels (in-person, virtual, phone, email). **Operational & Advisory Support** + Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, projections, and meeting materials. + Enter trades, orders, and rebalances as requested by the advisor. + Ensure accuracy of all client documentation; follow through on processing and completion. + Manage the post-meeting workflow, including tracking tasks, coordinating team actions, and ensuring a seamless client experience. + Prepare internal business summary reports and client-specific reporting as needed. + Maintain organized and compliant records using CRM technology. + Analyze account information, research issues, and resolve questions or concerns promptly. **Professional Growth & Team Collaboration** + Actively participate in ongoing education, training, and cross-training opportunities. + Work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. + Manage competing priorities, time-sensitive items, and evolving client needs with confidence. + Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and support continuous improvement. **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** **Knowledge of:** + Financial markets, products, and industry regulations + Trading terminology and order workflows + Financial planning platforms and managed account systems + CRM systems and general office procedures + Company policies, mission, and strategies **Skilled in:** + CRM software and client management tools + Microsoft Office Suite + Tax software + Effective communication across all formats and settings **Ability to:** + Manage tasks and projects efficiently and independently + Assess priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Analyze account information and identify solutions + Build rapport and deliver exceptional client care + Demonstrate dependability, professionalism, and follow-through + Balance detail-oriented execution with a strategic, big-picture mindset **Education/Previous Experience** + Bachelor's degree preferred **Licenses/Certifications** + SIE required + Series 7 & 66 preferred, or ability to obtain within specified timeframe + Insurance license preferred, or ability to obtain within specified timeframe **Experience:** 5+ years of industry experience **Benefits:** Medical, Retirement + Match and Profit Sharing, PTO **Travel:** Not required _Hall & Dornan Capital Partners and its employees are independent contractors with respect to Raymond James, not employees of Raymond James.
