Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with life insurance, asset protection, and retirement strategies
- Educate individuals and families on financial solutions including annuities and indexed products
- Use digital tools to connect with clients remotely or in person
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
- Optional leadership and team-building track

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must currently reside in the United States
- Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Social Security Number (we do not sponsor work visas)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass a background check (no felonies)
- Must be willing to study for and pass the Life & Health Insurance License exam (support provided)
Preferred Experience:
- Leadership, public speaking, or team-building
- Customer service or sales experience
- Background in banking, accounting, or entrepreneurial work
