What you’ll do:

• Build and grow relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
• Help clients identify financial goals and create strategies around protection, retirement, and long-term planning
• Prospect, network, and develop your personal brand in the community
• Learn the financial services business with support from experienced leaders and specialists
• Grow into a client-facing advisor role with increasing independence and opportunity

What we’re looking for:

• History of success in sales, business development, client service, or relationship-based roles
• Strong work ethic and a growth mindset
• Confident communicator who is comfortable building relationships
• Coachable, self-motivated, and excited by performance-based income
• Interest in building a long-term career, not just taking another job
