Responsibilities:

Sabre Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial & Project Support Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role supports Sabre’s Program Control Group (PCG) by managing financial and project tracking functions across multiple contracts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively coordinate between project managers, corporate finance, and contracts teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and review financial data from multiple databases and sources.
  • Track and monitor budget execution across various funding types.
  • Identify and analyze financial trends, comparing plans/estimates against actual expenditures.
  • Perform key financial functions, including budgeting, auditing, and forecasting across multiple projects and contract types.
  • Support multiple project managers in financial tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Facilitate communication with corporate finance and contracts departments on behalf of project managers.
  • Manage subcontractor funding and payments, including:
    • Initiating purchase requisitions in CostPoint for subcontractor funding.
    • Reviewing subcontractor invoices and purchase orders for accuracy.
    • Tracking funding levels and entering invoices into CostPoint for processing.
  • Assist with purchasing, tracking, and delivery of contract materials.
  • Review employee travel expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance with CMMI and ISO internal policies and procedures.
  • Manage SharePoint portals, including user permissions, content updates, contract deliverables, and status reporting.



Qualifications:

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Five (5) Years of experience providing Financial & Project Support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in associated field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with CostPoint/Planning for financial tracking and subcontractor management.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports.
