Under the general direction of the Chief Financial Officer this position is responsible for the oversight and supervision of staff responsible for overseeing and managing financial and accounting practices in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), the Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB), county and finance guidelines, cash management, debt accounting for revenue and construction bonds, capital asset management, and lead for the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the Park Authority.
