Financial Reporting Manager

Unity Search has partnered with a growing, newly public organization to identify a Financial Reporting Manager for its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on a growing organization. The company is located in the north Fort Worth area and are onsite 5 days.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead external reporting and support technical accounting matters.

• Help improve reporting processes, documentation, and internal controls.

• Partner with leadership on complex accounting and process improvement projects.

• Supervise and mentor a reporting accountant.

Compensation for this role is expected to be in the range of 125k to 150k base, depending on experience, with bonus eligibility.
