Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager
Location: near Lakewood, Ohio – Monday–Friday (Hybrid)

Position Overview


The Financial Reporting Manager will oversee the preparation, analysis, and delivery of financial reporting packages that support business and strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with FP&A leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights. The position also includes supervising reporting team members, managing daily priorities, and supporting improvements in reporting tools and automation.

Key Responsibilities (Financial Reporting Manager):



  • Develop, maintain, and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Manage daily reporting operations and assign priorities to meet deadlines and business needs

  • Ensure accuracy and quality of all financial reports through detailed review and validation

  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects for leadership and business partners

  • Support FP&A team with reporting insights and strategic financial analysis

  • Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, tools, and automation

  • Collaborate with data and systems teams to enhance reporting integration and efficiency

  • Train and support team members and end users on reporting tools and dashboards

  • Provide ongoing support to leadership on financial reporting deliverables and initiatives



Qualifications (Financial Reporting Manager):



  • 5+ years of financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting experience preferred

  • Experience managing or mentoring team members strongly preferred

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau a plus)
