Position Overview
Join a fast-growing and dynamic organization as a Financial Reporting Manager in Orlando, Florida. In this key role, you'll lead consolidated financial reporting, financial statement preparation, lender reporting, and play an important role in the selection and implementation of a new corporate consolidation platform.
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you'll oversee financial reporting across a complex multi-entity organization, help ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information, and contribute to the continued evolution of the company's reporting processes as the business continues to rapidly expand through acquisition.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required CPA license preferred Public accounting experience preferred 7-10 years of progressive experience required, including SEC financial reporting experience Strong experience crafting custom reports Technical and analytical experience Extensive experience with MS Office Suite: Excel (including modeling/analysis, charts, pivot tables, etc.), PowerPoint (including charts) Ability to understand sophisticated systems and processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present to management and executives Ability to prioritize and maintain workflow under tight conditions Engineering or service-related industry experience, preferred High attention to detail and accuracy Experience in multi-entity companies preferred Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral
