Position Overview
The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the development, analysis, and delivery of key financial reports that drive business performance and strategic initiatives. This individual will work closely with FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reporting integrity, enhance processes, and generate meaningful insights. The role also includes oversight of reporting staff, prioritization of workflows, and contributing to reporting automation and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities (Financial Reporting Manager)
• Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
•Oversee day-to-day reporting functions, ensuring deadlines and business needs are met
•Review reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before distribution
•Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projects for leadership teams
•Partner with FP&A to deliver insights that inform strategic planning and forecasting
•Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, tools, and automation
•Collaborate with data and IT teams to strengthen reporting systems and integrations
•Mentor team members and provide guidance on reporting tools and best practices
•Support leadership with ongoing reporting needs and financial initiatives

Qualifications (Financial Reporting Manager)
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting
•Prior experience leading or mentoring team members is strongly preferred
•Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively
•Advanced Excel skills required; experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
