Financial Reporting, Senior Associate

A leading global investment firm is looking to add a Senior Associate to its Financial Reporting team. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership, offering strong experience in SEC reporting, global financials, and corporate accounting within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $100,000-115,000 
Location: North of Boston 
On-site Schedule: Hybrid 

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and support SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
• Manage statutory and regulatory reporting for international subsidiaries
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, auditors, and global teams
• Maintain financial reporting records for the holding company and subsidiaries
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management
• Help improve reporting processes and leverage tools/technology (e.g., Workiva)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 2–4 years of experience, including public accounting (audit/assurance required)
• Big Four experience strongly preferred
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools/ERP systems
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills and professional presence
